Next Working Day Service
For our Next Working day service, before 12am and before 9am all orders must be placed by 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday. Please note the delivery will be made on the Next Business Working day only, this excludes Bank Holidays.
Next Working Day Before 9am Service
This service is only available to customers in England and Wales. Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to deliver to customers in Scotland on a Next Day Service Before 9am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Who are our carriers?
Over 90% of orders are despatched by Parcel Force. The remaining lighter parcels (under 1.5kg) will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK Mainland delivery is approximately 2 working days. However, please allow a maximum of up to 14 working days. Selecting the Next Day Express service will ensure that your lighter weight goods are delivered sooner. If you are unsure when your parcel will be delivered, please call us on 0870 4280958.
Some of our larger items have to be sent on a pallet - these are sent by Palletways. Please call us for delivery lead-times on 0870 4280958.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
To send a parcel to a BFPO address simply go enter items in the basket in the normal way and go through into the checkout area. When you enter the address of the simply select the UK as the address location and enter the BFPO address in the postcode box. As advised by the Royal Mail, everyone's security is important so please do not write the country of destination on the address.
An example of how a BFPO address should be entered can be seen as follows:

I want my order quickly, how do I go about doing this?
We offer each of our customers the option of having their goods placed on a Next Working day delivery,before 12 or before 9 service. This excludes Bank Holidays and weekend periods. Please see above for the current prices. The service is trackable and you are able to obtain further details by following the details below.
How do I track my parcel?
In order to keep track on the status of your goods, please log onto www.parcelforce.co.uk and use the consignment number that is sent to you via email, when the goods are despatched from our warehouse.

We unfortunately are unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.
All deliveries are supplied with an invoice detailing all prices and products. Should you loose this, please log into your account online and print another copy.
